Description:

Contains specialized attractants (attractant and sex pheromone diffuser) inside the specially designed closed trap. The trap lid is impregnated with a contact insecticide (deltamethrin), which kills individuals that enter. Under normal conditions, the product has a duration of action of 180 days. It may decrease in high temperature or high wind conditions.

Organic farming:

The product is suitable for use in organic farming according to Reg. (EC) 834/2007 (EE L 189) and 889/2008 (EE L 250)

Dosage:

5-10 traps are placed per acre depending on the pressure of the Dako population. The installation is done at a height of 1.5m. - 2 m. on the south side of the tree canopy in a uniform alternate arrangement. Use of monitoring traps is recommended for correct placement time and for continuous monitoring of the status of the Dako population.

Method: Mass trapping

Mass trapping is a treatment method that mainly targets adults. The method is based on attracting insects with pheromone, food attractant, color, shape or a combination of these with the aim of trapping them. Insects enter the trap and are killed by suffocation or some insecticide. The enemy's population is reduced by contributing to its countermeasure.
