IN ALL OF GREECE

Our company cooperates with ELTA curier for the fast and immediate shipment of small parcels throughout Greece. Large parcels are shipped with different transport companies depending on the region.
Shipping costs are adjusted at the end of your purchases depending on the volume, weight and type (plants or objects) of your order.
For purchases over 100 euros and order weight under 10 kg, shipping is free. An exception is the case of partial or total return of products. In this case the customer is charged for both shipments.
Even in case of return of the product due to dissatisfaction of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order then there is a shipping charge to the recipient for both shipments.
The goal of our company is the immediate delivery of the goods which is usually from 1-3 days, while for remote areas this period can be 2-4 days.
The shipping cost with the ELTA curier concerns the delivery of the parcel at the recipient's door. In remote areas not served by the company concerns the transfer to their nearest agency-branch
The shipping cost with a transport company concerns the shipment of the products to the nearest customer agency. If the recipient wishes the delivery to a specific address he states there may be an additional charge. To avoid unpleasant surprises it is good to contact us.

IN THE CITY OF HERAKLION

Only for the city of Heraklion the delivery of an order can be done even on the same day. It depends on its volume, its weight and the time it is made.
For purchases over 60 euros, the delivery of an order is free.
Exceptions are products that require telephone communication to order. In this case the shipping is analyzed by phone.
