Product returns

Product returns are accepted within 14 days.

Attention: Returns of plants and carnations are not accepted only in case the order has been proven wrongly executed by the store.

You will contact us at 2810 262072 to explain the reason for the return.
The products must be in excellent condition and their packaging must not have been damaged.
Must be accompanied by proof of retail sale.
If your invoice was cut, you must issue us a return shipping slip.
Your money will be refunded or if you wish you will be issued a credit invoice.
In case of product return you will be charged with the shipping costs.
All products travel under the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon receipt of the products, the customer is obliged to unpack and inspect the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in case they exist he has the right to refuse the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor otherwise to announce the existence of aesthetics defects within a period of ten (7) calendar days from the receipt of the item, while in case of expiration of this period it loses all relevant rights.
