Rhaphiolepis-Rhaphiolepis umbellata in a pot 16cm

Latin name:  Rhaphiolepis umbellata

A few words:  Rafiolepis is a low evergreen, slow growing shrub. The maximum height and diameter of the plant reach two meters. It has rich foliage of broad, oval, leaves in dark green color. It blooms in spring and until the beginning of summer, its flowers are white or pink in color and have a special aroma. They are followed by spherical fruits in purple or black.

Light:   Prefers sunny to semi-shady planting locations, as it is suitable in coastal areas.

Water: It has moderate water needs and is drought resistant.

Temperature:  It has excellent resistance to cold. 

Fertilization:  No special fertilization scams. Release holiday fertilizer is recommended from the end of winter.
