Latin name: Rhamnus alaternus
A few words: It is an evergreen, upright shrub or small tree, of the Rhamnaceae family, up to 5 meters tall, with bare twigs, without thorns and stems with reddish bark. Its leaves are alternate, ovate to elliptical. The flowers are small and yellowish and flowering is observed in March - April.
