Product description
Latin Name: Lepismium Bolivianum
A Few Words: it is an epiphytic cactus, meaning that in its natural environment it grows on trees, tall plants, or other structures above the ground. The branches grow in an angular fashion with somewhat jagged tips. When in bloom, Lepismium Bolivianum produces small to medium size creamy white flowers. Most of the time this cactus will bloom in spring and early summer. It is important to rest your cactus and limit watering during the winter. Letting the plant go dormant will increase the chance of fertile flowering in the spring. Plant height 150cm.
Light: We choose a bright place and places that are not directly hit by the sun's rays. On the contrary, the intense midday and especially summer sun can cause irreparable damage to the plant.
Water: Lepismium Bolivianum needs very careful watering, as it dehydrates and dries up in case of a lack of soil moisture, while in conditions of excessive moisture its root system rots. It is important that the soil we plant it in has good drainage.
Temperature: It is sensitive to frost but also to high temperatures. Ideally grow at 10 to 25 ℃
Fertilization: It does not have high requirements for fertilizer and nutrients, like most cacti and succulents. Apply a liquid fertilizer for cacti and succulents from late winter to fall.
Last Tip - Prompt: Can withstand light indoors but away from heating sources.
